Kuna wakati unajiuliza hizi kazi wanazozisimamia watendaji wa serkali huwa wanazitenda kwa weledi gani ama bora mwisho wa mwezi ukifika ukachukue kiwango chako cha kasma ya mshahara ulichokadiriwa kama malipo yako halali ya kusimamia miradi ya maendeleo ya wananchi kwa kuwa umetmiza matakwa ya kumtimizia kafir ili upate mradi wako ama unatenda kulingana na weledi wako? Kwa mfano serkali imetoa gharama ya ununuzi wa miti kwa ajili ya kivuli kwenye maeneo ya miji,lakini miti hiyo inapandwa na idara yenye dhamana halafu idara nyingine inakuja kukata miti hiyo hiyo iliyokusudiwa kwa ajili ya hifadhi ya mazingira lakini kwa ajili ya kujikinga na kivuli. Hapa ni mjini Babati mkoani Manyara tena Tanzania,Halmashauri kitengo cha mazingira imepanda miti lakini TANESCO wao wameikata hiyo hiyo miyi kwa kigezo kwamba imepandwa kwenye mkondo wa umeme kwa hiyo ni hatari,sasa hapa najiuliza hivi hawa waliopanda miti hawakuona mkondo wa umeme ama hawa TANESCO waliwaacha wapande ili kuikata baada ya miti hiyo kukua? Hizo ndizo idara na shirika la Umma chini ya sekali moja lakini wanakinzana ndani yao wamo watendaji wasomi wanaoshindwa kuelewana……miti ni Uhai
